We offer managed hosting to all of our customers. That means that we take care of the technical aspects of hosting your website, creating a hands off experience for you the customer.
We charge a yearly fee (payable monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually) for general maintenance, upkeep, and updating your website. The hosting for your site is included in this fee. If you do not wish to have support, we charge a small yearly fee for hosting the site and making it available to the internet.
Backups
Your hosting plan may also include periodic fully deployable site backups, in which the CMS framework, media files and database information are protected from failures or malicious damage.
DNS Management
Hosting activities can involve domain registration and management, as well as DNS configuration and management. Some business have internally-managed servers, which often need to be taken into consideration when setting up a new website.
As part of our hosting services, we also offer optional email account setup and management. This can be useful for those that wish to have personalized email addresses using their domain of choice. Ask us about these services when inquiring.
Third Party Managed Hosting
We also offer website design through third-party managed hosting services. In those scenarios, we charge a one-time fee for the design of the website and you typically control the managed hosting account with the third party. We are granted access during the design and implementation phase only, and you will be billed by the third party for their hosting services going forward.
